VXT270ZQI-04 is a 240x320 pixels, 2.7-inch diagonal, portrait small TFT LCD display. This 2.7 inch 240x320 TFT Module has controller IC ILI8961 supporting SPI and 8bit RGB interface. The brightness is 350 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, testing equipment, etc.
