1.19 Inch 390x390 Round AMOLED Display Module MIPI SPI - VXO-119AMA-044

1.19 Inch 390x390 Round AMOLED Display Module MIPI SPI - VXO-119AMA-044

The VXO-119AMA-044 is the first AMOLED module in our range, and that changes more than a specification line. Every other display we make is a TFT LCD with a backlight — an LED string, a driver, often a boost converter, and a brightness that fades. This panel has no backlight at all: each pixel makes its own light, so black is truly off. That gives 60,000:1 contrast, removes the largest power load in the module, and makes it thinner. It is a 1.19-inch round panel at 390x390 and 326 PPI, the sharpest we make, with four interface options — MIPI 2-lane, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI and QAD-SPI — so you can bring it up on SPI and ship on MIPI. About 0.098 W at full white, 1 µA deep standby. RM69330, -20 to +70°C.

0.95 Inch 120x240 AMOLED Display Module for Smart Band with Touch - VXO-095AMA-107

0.95 Inch 120x240 AMOLED Display Module for Smart Band with Touch - VXO-095AMA-107

The VXO-095AMA-107 is a 0.95-inch AMOLED in a 1:2 portrait format — the only display in our range shaped for a band rather than a watch. Its active area is 10.8 x 21.6 mm, exactly twice as tall as wide, which is the geometry a fitness band needs: it fits the strap, not a round case. It is also the smallest display we make, and it integrates touch with its own supply rail. Like our 1.19-inch AMOLED it has no backlight, giving 80,000:1 contrast, and it is brighter and faster — 450 cd/m² and 60 Hz against 350 and 45. About 0.055 W at full white, 0.1 µA deep standby. RM69310, SPI, -20 to +70°C.

1.1 Inch 126x294 AMOLED Display Module for Smart Band with Touch - VXO-011AMA-097

1.1 Inch 126x294 AMOLED Display Module for Smart Band with Touch - VXO-011AMA-097

The VXO-011AMA-097 is a 1.1-inch AMOLED in a 7:3 portrait format — taller, relative to its width, than any other display we make. A band's width is fixed by the strap but its height is not, and against our 0.95-inch band module this panel gives 294 rows instead of 240: 22.5% more vertical content for 1.5% more width. Same driver, same interface, same touch — just more room to stack readings. It also has touch on its own independent supply rails, so the touch layer can stay awake while the display sleeps. No backlight, 60,000:1 contrast, 420 cd/m², about 0.058 W at full white. RM69310, SPI, -20 to +70°C.

Choosing Between PMOLED and AMOLED

PMOLED modules are commonly used for compact interfaces that display text, icons and simple graphics. They are a practical option for instruments, small control panels and status displays.

AMOLED modules suit applications that require detailed color graphics and dynamic interfaces, including wearables and handheld devices. The choice depends on the required resolution, content, refresh rate and host capabilities.

OLED Integration and Customization

Our engineering team can review FPC routing, connectors, interface compatibility, supporting PCBs and mechanical integration for your product.

Please provide your enclosure drawing, available mounting space and host-system specifications. Custom panel dimensions, resolutions or display layouts require a separate feasibility review and may involve tooling costs and minimum order quantities.

OLED module selection starts with the required display format, electrical interface and mechanical fit. Share your host-system specifications and enclosure requirements so we can review suitable integration options.

Power Consumption and Operating Life

OLED pixels emit their own light, so the display does not require a separate backlight. Power consumption varies with image content, brightness and the number of illuminated pixels.

Operating life and image retention depend on brightness settings, temperature and usage patterns. For interfaces with fixed icons or long operating hours, discuss dimming, screen-off timing and content-management strategies during development.

Engineering Support and Sample Evaluation

We support module selection, drawing confirmation and sample evaluation before production. Integration checks may include power requirements, interface timing, initialization settings and mechanical fit.

Evaluate samples using representative display content and the intended operating conditions. This helps confirm readability, power consumption and compatibility with your device.

Optical and environmental evaluation can help assess OLED samples for the intended application. Test conditions, methods and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the selected module and project.

Discuss Your OLED Display Project

Please send your required display size, resolution, shape, color and interface, together with your application and operating temperature range.

Include the expected daily operating hours, typical screen content, sample quantity and estimated annual demand. Our team will review your requirements and discuss suitable options.
