Yes. Send the existing drawing, specification or physical sample for comparison. Our engineers can review the outline, active area, interface, voltage, timing, touch structure and mechanical fit before proposing a replacement or redesigned solution.

What is the minimum order quantity for a standard or custom display?

MOQ depends on whether the project uses a standard platform or requires custom LCD glass, backlight, FPC, touch sensor, cover lens, tooling or special materials. The applicable prototype and production quantities are confirmed after the configuration review.

Which customization items may require tooling or NRE charges?

Possible charges may relate to custom LCD masks, backlight molds, FPC tooling, capacitive-touch sensors, printed cover glass, mechanical parts or controller development. Each item should be identified separately in the quotation before development begins.

How is consistency maintained from approved samples to mass production?

The approved drawing, BOM, golden sample and acceptance criteria establish the production baseline. Work instructions and inspection limits carry these requirements into recurring manufacturing, while proposed material or process changes are reviewed before implementation.

Can sensitive drawings and project information be handled confidentially?

Project files can be managed according to agreed confidentiality requirements, and an NDA can be reviewed before detailed mechanical drawings, interface definitions or other sensitive information are exchanged.

What factors have the greatest effect on sample and production lead time?

Lead time is influenced by display and IC availability, the level of customization, touch and cover-glass processing, tooling, optical bonding, controller development, validation requirements and the planned production quantity.
