Product Description

The VXT320HQS-02P is a 3.2inch, 240x320 portrait mode TFT LCD display module with a resistive touch panel (RTP). It features a resolution of 240x320 dots and a brightness of 300 cd/nits (typical value), with a contrast ratio of 500:1 (typical value). Equipped with a built-in ILI9341 driver IC, it supports 8080 MCU 8-bit/16-bit SPI (3-Wire/4-Wire) interfaces. The module measures 55.94mm (W) x 77.60mm (H), with an active area size of 48.6 x 64.8 mm.

The VXT320HQS-02P 3.2 inch Resistive Touch TFT Module supports a 6 o'clock viewing direction, grayscale inversion direction at 12 o'clock, and has a glare glass surface. It functions efficiently within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃, while its storage capabilities extend from -30℃ to +80℃.
