Product Description

This 3.5 inch Tianma Panel TFT Module is a 320x240 pixels, 4:3 aspect ratio. It incorporates the NV3035GTC IC, and Tianma panel. This module supports 24bit RGB, and SPI interfaces, and this TFT-LCD is designed in landscape mode with a brightness rating of 380 nits (typical value). The power supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.0V. It is capable of operating within temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +70℃, while its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

The module dimension is 76.9×63.9 mm; active area 70.08×52.56 mm.

This 3.5inch TFT is widely used for video door phone, smart home, GPS, camcorder, digital camera application, industrial equipment device and other electronic products which require high quality flat panel displays, excellent visual effect.
