6.2 Inch 800x480 WVGA TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB - VXT620HWI-01
The VXT620HWI-01 is a 6.2-inch TFT LCD module with 800 x 480 WVGA pixels on a 24-bit parallel RGB interface, and its most useful property is not a headline number but how the optical table is written. Luminance is given as 400 minimum, 500 typical and 600 maximum. Contrast carries a 480 minimum against 600 typical. Uniformity is 70% minimum. The module runs on an ILI6123H and ILI5480. Ratings are -20 to +70 °C, and reliability runs 240 hours per condition with 100 thermal shock cycles and 100 G mechanical shock.
