EETI EXC3146

The controller is an EETI EXC3146, driving up to five simultaneous touch points over I2C. EETI has a long history in touch controllers, particularly in applications where the panel has to work across several operating systems without a custom driver — their parts are widely deployed in kiosk, POS and industrial-terminal products, and driver support for Windows, Linux and Android is generally available rather than something you have to write.

For this panel, the practical path is the same as any I2C touch device: wire VDD, ground, SDA, SCL, and use RST and INT if you want reset control and interrupt-driven operation.
