The VXTA10BXH-01C is a 10.1-inch 1280x800 TFT with an integrated capacitive touch panel, driven over 4-lane MIPI DSI. Against our 10.4-inch 800x600 module it carries 2.1 times the pixels through 35% fewer pins — 39 instead of 60, and 32 functional instead of 43 — because four differential pairs move the whole image. Touch is on the module with an FT5426, so there is no separate flex to route. The backlight has PWM in and PWM out, so dimming is handled on the module rather than in your firmware. It is 16:10 at 150 PPI, anti-glare, with 80° viewing in all four directions and no gray scale inversion — together the signature of an IPS cell. Contrast is 700 minimum.
