VXT280BQI-08P is a 2.8-inch, 240x320 resolution, resistive touch panel TFT-LCD module with transmissive mode, this portrait small TFT LCD display has controller IC ILI9341V, supporting MCU/RGB interface. The brightness is 400 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, medical equipment, home appliances, testing equipment, etc.
