Product Description

The VXT320PZS-01 is a 3.2inch, 240x400 portrait mode TFT LCD display module, it can match with a resistive touch panel (RTP) or capacitive touch panel. It features a resolution of 240x320 dots and a brightness of 400 cd/nits (typical value), with a contrast ratio of 600:1 (typical value). Equipped with a built-in ST7793 driver IC, it supports 18BIT RGB/MCU interfaces.


If you integrates this 3.2-inch TFT with I2C temperature sensor, TF card holder, level conversion circuit, it will be a expansion board, and the secondary development is easy.

With GPRS module, you can design your Ar ;duino phone.

With NFC reader module, you can create access control systems with the photos show.

With voltage and current sensor, you can make oscilloscope.
