Product Description

This 4 inch tft lcd display contains 320x(RGB)x240 pixels and can display up to 16.7M colors.This 4inch LCD display module supports SPI-3W+24Bit-RGB interface, its contrast ratio 500:1(typical value), brightness 350 nits (typical value), Anti-Glare surface panel.

This 4 inch 320x240 TFT Module is portrait mode; it integrated driver IC ILI9322 on module, interface supply voltage range 2.7V to 3.6V. This TFT module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.
