The VXT350FPQI-01 is a transflective, sunlight readable 3.5-inch TFT module for equipment that moves between indoor and outdoor light. Outdoors it reads by reflected light, and the backlight can be switched off entirely rather than merely dimmed, removing the largest load in the module. It is the third transflective panel in our range and the only one you can drive over a 3-wire SPI from an ordinary microcontroller — 240x320 portrait, square pixels, ILI9341V, 0.384 W backlight. Rated -20 to +70°C with ±8 kV air ESD.
The VXT240FBQS-01 is a transflective, sunlight readable 2.4-inch TFT module — and the only one in our range that pairs transflective construction with an anti-glare polarizer. Transflective gives it a reflective path so it reads by ambient light outdoors with the backlight off; anti-glare stops the surface mirroring the sky. It also posts 1500:1 contrast, higher than any transmissive panel we make. The display is 240x320 portrait with square pixels, driven by an ST7789T3 over an 8- or 16-bit MCU bus selected by one pin. Rated -20 to +70°C.
The VXT101MBAH-02 is a 10.1-inch TFT module with a 4-lane LVDS interface — the differential interface in our range. At 1024x600 with 16.7M colours, a parallel RGB bus would need around 28 signal lines switching at pixel-clock rates; LVDS carries the same payload over four data pairs and one clock pair, ten wires, with lower emissions and tolerance of real cable distance. It is a native 16:9 panel with a 222.72 x 125.28 mm active area, 380 cd/m² and 500:1 contrast. It needs five supply rails and 1.17 MB of external frame memory. Rated -20 to +70°C.
The VXT016VCSA-01 is a 1.6-inch round TFT module with a QSPI interface — the only module in our range with a four-lane serial pixel bus. Small round displays usually want a serial interface because pins are scarce, but 400x400 is 160,000 pixels and single-lane SPI struggles to move a full frame; QSPI carries four bits per clock, roughly four times the throughput at 62.5 MHz, while still using only four data pins. It is also the smallest and densest panel we make at 1.6 inches and 255 PPI with square pixels. ST77903, 16.7M colours, 3.0 V backlight needing no boost, -20 to +70°C.
The VXO-119AMA-044 is the first AMOLED module in our range, and that changes more than a specification line. Every other display we make is a TFT LCD with a backlight — an LED string, a driver, often a boost converter, and a brightness that fades. This panel has no backlight at all: each pixel makes its own light, so black is truly off. That gives 60,000:1 contrast, removes the largest power load in the module, and makes it thinner. It is a 1.19-inch round panel at 390x390 and 326 PPI, the sharpest we make, with four interface options — MIPI 2-lane, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI and QAD-SPI — so you can bring it up on SPI and ship on MIPI. About 0.098 W at full white, 1 µA deep standby. RM69330, -20 to +70°C.
The VXO-095AMA-107 is a 0.95-inch AMOLED in a 1:2 portrait format — the only display in our range shaped for a band rather than a watch. Its active area is 10.8 x 21.6 mm, exactly twice as tall as wide, which is the geometry a fitness band needs: it fits the strap, not a round case. It is also the smallest display we make, and it integrates touch with its own supply rail. Like our 1.19-inch AMOLED it has no backlight, giving 80,000:1 contrast, and it is brighter and faster — 450 cd/m² and 60 Hz against 350 and 45. About 0.055 W at full white, 0.1 µA deep standby. RM69310, SPI, -20 to +70°C.
