The VXT500BWS-03C0 is a 5.0-inch TFT LCD module with 800 x 480 pixels and a projected capacitive touch panel. Three things decide whether it suits your product. Brightness is 800 cd/m² minimum against 1000 typical — a stated floor you can hold us to, and roughly three times what our touchless 5-inch panel delivers. Viewing angle is 80° minimum in all four directions with no preferred orientation and no grey-scale inversion, so how you mount it is a mechanical decision rather than an optical one. And it shares an active area, resolution, pixel pitch and outline with our touchless 5-inch module, so an existing 5-inch 800x480 design takes it without recutting the enclosure. The display runs 24-bit RGB on a 40-pin FPC from a single 3.3 V rail, with touch on its own 10-pin I2C connector carrying reset and interrupt.
The VXT500BKI-01F is a 5.0-inch TFT LCD module with 720 x 1280 pixels in portrait - HD resolution on a five-inch panel, and one of the highest pixel densities in our range. The pixels are square: 0.08625 mm on both axes, which is exactly what 62.1 mm over 720 pixels and 110.4 mm over 1280 pixels both give, and the shape is an exact 16:9 turned on its side. Brightness is 680 cd/m2 minimum against 850 typical, contrast 1000:1 minimum, and viewing angle 70 degrees minimum in all four directions with no preferred orientation, so how you mount it is a mechanical decision rather than an optical one. Touch is five-point capacitive in a G+G stack rated at 6H and 85% transparency, on its own 7-pin I2C connector. The display runs four MIPI lanes from a single 2.8 V rail, and both the logic current and the backlight power are published, so the total draw can be worked out at roughly 0.93 W.
Victronix VXT430TWH-06P is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module in portrait, and it carries a four-wire resistive touch panel. That combination is easy to overlook and hard to replace. A resistive panel responds to pressure rather than to a finger's conductivity, so it works with gloves, wet or oily hands, a stylus, or the tip of a tool, and it costs less than a capacitive stack — at the price of multi-touch, of 80% transmittance against the 85% a capacitive panel gives, and of a surface that takes a deliberate press. The shape suits a vertical column: the active area is taller than it is wide, so readings stack one per row, scrolling lists and status panels fit naturally, and a portrait enclosure needs no rework. The display itself runs 24-bit RGB on a 40-pin FPC from a single 3.3 V rail, and 130,560 pixels need only 255 KB of frame buffer — small enough that a microcontroller with 512 KB of internal SRAM needs no external RAM at all. Most optical figures carry a stated floor: 310 cd/m² minimum brightness, 400 minimum contrast, 80° minimum viewing angle. Two things want settling before you commit, and we set them out rather than leave them for bring-up: the specification writes the resolution as 480 × 272 while the geometry says the panel is 272 wide by 480 tall, and the driver IC is named two different ways in two different places.
The VXT430PNO-01 is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module at 480 x 272, The specification states the recommended viewing direction as ALL and names the technology as MVA, gives 80 degrees in all four directions, and leaves the grey-scale inversion direction blank - three consistent signals that mean there is no wrong way to mount it. On a TN panel a preferred direction and an inversion direction are stated, and a unit mounted where the operator looks up at it can land on the wrong side; here that decision disappears. The frame buffer is 255 KB, small enough that a microcontroller with 512 KB of internal SRAM needs no external RAM at all. Luminance is 280 minimum against 350 typical and 420 maximum, so there is a floor to hold us to and a ceiling that shows the spread. The backlight is twelve LEDs in six series strings of two, at 19.2 V and 40 mA drawing 0.768 W, with 30,000 hours minimum life. Reliability runs nine tests at 240 hours including vibration, ESD and an MTBF of 50,000 hours. Two cautions.

Featuring a 480×RGB×272 resolution with 16.7 million colors within a compact 95.04×53.86 mm active area, it provides crisp visuals with wide viewing angles up to 80° (CR>10) in all directions.
The VXT430MBVS-03 is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module with 480 x 800 pixels in portrait. The active area of 56.16 x 93.60 mm is taller than it is wide by an exact 5:3, matching the pixel count, and the pitch works out to 0.117 mm on both axes - square, so circles and dial scales need no correction. Pixel count is 384,000, identical to an 800 x 480 landscape panel: a portrait interface is a transposition of what you already have, and the frame buffer is the same 750 KB at RGB565. One detail saves a component. Logic IO runs from a separate 1.8 V rail, and with VIH at 0.7 IOVCC a 1.8 V host drives it directly - no level shifters, which is not the case on the 3.3 V IO modules elsewhere in this size. Images travel over 24-bit RGB with a real data-enable line, and the driver is configured over a 3-line serial interface, so both paths are on the one 45-pin FPC. Contrast carries a stated 700 minimum against 1000 typical, uniformity 80% minimum, and viewing angle 85 degrees in all four directions with no preferred orientation.
