Standard TFT LCD Modules for Fast and Flexible Product Development

The VXTA10BXH-01 is the display-only version of our 10.1-inch 1280x800 MIPI panel. It shares the active area, resolution, 39-pin connector and 4-lane MIPI interface with the VXTA10BXH-01C but omits the capacitive touch layer — and what that buys is the point: 2.9 mm thick against 5.15 mm, and an outline of 229.6 x 149.3 mm against 238.60 x 160.6 mm. If touch is handled elsewhere or not needed, you are not paying for a layer you will not use. It is also the version with complete documentation: a luminance minimum of 200 cd/m², a ten-item reliability programme citing IEC and GB standards, an MTBF of 50,000 hours, and inspection to MIL-STD-105E at AQL 0.65. It runs -20°C to +70°C, ten degrees wider than the touch version, and states the active area as 216.96 x 135.6 mm, confirming the correction we derived on the sibling.

The VXT700MYIA-03C is a 7-inch front panel assembly: a display and touch stack under a custom cover glass carrying three functional openings — a camera window, a proximity sensor window and a microphone through-hole. The ink over the openings is specified with a number you can measure: visible light transmittance at 520 nm below 25%, which is what lets the proximity sensor hide behind the glass while still passing IR. Everything runs on one 40-pin flex at 0.30 mm pitch, and that flex carries the LED backlight as well, so there is one connector rather than two. The glass has an anti-fingerprint coating, there is black electromagnetic shielding on both sides, and the section gives a 2.25 mm finished stack with component height capped at 1.8 mm. This is a mechanical drawing, so the page is explicit about what is not in it: no resolution, interface, pin assignment, optical or environmental data.

The VXT430MPIA-03C is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a five-point capacitive touch panel bonded on: a 480 x 272 RGB display and an I2C touch controller in one assembly. What sets it apart is practical rather than headline — this is the 4.3-inch module whose power you can actually budget, because it publishes a logic current of 22 mA where the sibling module rated identically leaves it as TBD. Total draw is about 0.67 W, the lowest of any 4.3-inch module we offer with touch. It is also unusually complete on the touch side: accuracy of ±1.5 mm at the centre and ±2.5 mm at the edge, surface hardness of at least 7H, and transparency of at least 85% are all given as numbers. Contrast is 800:1 minimum with 80° viewing in all four directions. Two things need attention before ordering, and both are stated here: the module matches a sibling part on every comparable figure apart from the driver IC, and its reliability programme is shorter than the rest of the range.

The VXT430MPIA-03 is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a 480 x 272 RGB panel, an ILI6485D driver and a 5S2P white LED backlight, and no touch panel. It is the display-only member of a pair: the VXT430MPIA-03C is the same module with five-point capacitive touch bonded on. Comparing the two gives something most suppliers cannot show — a measured figure for what adding touch actually costs. This module is rated 500 cd/m² and the touch version 400, on otherwise identical hardware: same panel, same driver, same backlight, same timing, and CIE colour coordinates matching to four decimal places. That difference is the touch panel, and it works out at about 20 per cent of your brightness. Beyond that it is a well-documented module: 800:1 contrast minimum, a published logic current of 22 mA giving a calculable total of about 0.67 W, and full timing tables for three operating modes.

The VXT430GWH-02 is a 4.3-inch IPS TFT module in portrait orientation: 480 x 800 pixels over an active area of 56.16 x 93.60 mm, taller than wide, with a diagonal of 4.2975 inches. It is the only portrait module and the only IPS module in our 4.3-inch range. Being IPS means viewing angle is 80° typical in all four directions with no preferred direction and no gray scale inversion to design around — decide orientation on mechanical grounds alone. Pixel pitch is 0.117 mm square, giving 217 PPI, so small text stays legible and circular graphics need no correction. It runs 24-bit RGB over a 42-pin connector driven by an HX8369A, with a serial port on the same connector for configuration. Brightness is 310 minimum, 350 typical and 390 maximum cd/m² — the lowest in the family and intended for indoor and handheld use, published as a complete range you can design and inspect against. At 2.15 mm it is also the thinnest 4.3-inch module we offer.

The VXT350MSGV-01 is a 3.45-inch TFT module with 640 x 480 pixels — standard VGA in the classic 4:3 shape — over an active area of 70.08 x 52.56 mm. At 232 PPI it is the highest-density module in this size class, carrying four times the pixels of the 320 x 240 modules that share this identical active area: 307,200 against 76,800. Small text becomes readable, fine graphics render as drawn, and pixels are exactly square at 0.1095 mm so circles need no correction. It runs 24-bit RGB for video and 3-wire SPI for configuration on one 40-pin connector driven by an NV3052C, with DE and SYNC timing charts both provided. Contrast is given as a 600:1 minimum, and viewing angle is 80° in all four directions with viewing direction ALL, so mounting orientation is a mechanical decision only. The backlight is six LEDs in series at just 20 mA — half the current of most modules this size, at 0.36 W. Reliability covers nine tests including vibration, random vibration and 100 G shock.
