The VXT350MHSA-08 is a 3.5-inch portrait TFT module: 320 x 480 pixels over an active area of 48.96 x 73.44 mm, in a true 2:3 shape. What distinguishes it is how many ways it can be driven — RGB parallel, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI and 8080-style MCU parallel all sit on one 50-pin connector, selected by three pins, IM0, IM1 and IM2, read at power-up. That means the interface stops being a decision you must make before choosing a display: you can prototype on SPI and move to RGB when you need the refresh rate, without changing the module, the connector or the enclosure. Driven by an ST7796U, it also runs its 3.0 V backlight with no boost converter — no inductor, no switching noise — unlike the other 3.5-inch modules in the range which need 18 to 19 V. Contrast is given as an 800:1 minimum, viewing angle is 80° in all four directions with viewing direction ALL, and total consumption is about 0.41 W from a measured 19.51 mA of logic current.

The VXT104QXHA-02-B is a 10.4-inch TFT LCD module with 1024 x 768 XGA resolution and an HDMI input — the first HDMI module in our range, and the difference is the point. Every other module we sell is a component you have to drive: your processor needs the right peripheral, your firmware needs an initialisation sequence, your board needs a frame buffer, and your power design needs the sequencing right. This one includes the driver PCBA, so it takes HDMI from a single-board computer, an industrial PC, a media player or a laptop and shows a picture. There is no display interface to design and no 1.5 MB of frame memory to find in your host. It is also the easy answer when an old XGA panel fails: you do not have to reproduce the original interface, just feed it HDMI from the new computer. Power comes from a 12 V DC jack or 5 V over the HDMI connector, with the jack recommended because no input current is published. Brightness is 600 cd/m² with contrast at 600 minimum and 800 typical, viewing angle 80° in all four directions, and pixels square to within 0.002% so circles need no correction. The VXT101YIA-19C is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD module with 800 x 1280 pixels, and the shape is what sets it apart: this is the only portrait panel in our 10.1-inch range, where the others are 1280 x 800 landscape. Its active area of 135.36 x 216.58 mm is taller than it is wide by an exact 1.6 to 1, so content stacks vertically the way a phone screen does — readings, lists and status panels one row at a time — and it drops into enclosures cut for portrait without rotating the design. Touch is a ten-point projected capacitive panel on an ILI2511 controller, specified at 6H surface hardness, 85% transparency and accuracy of ±1.5 mm at centre rising to ±2.5 mm at the edges, which is the pair of numbers you actually need when deciding how far from the bezel a button may sit. The display runs on an ILI9881C over four MIPI lanes, the pixels are square to within 0.002% so circles need no correction, and contrast carries a stated 800 minimum. One feature is worth calling out: pin 27 outputs a CABC PWM signal, meaning the module can dim its own backlight from picture content rather than asking your processor to do it. We are equally direct about the limits. The operating range is -10 to +50 °C, narrower than most panels in our range and the first thing to check if your product sits in a hot enclosure or a vehicle. Brightness is 250 cd/m² typical with no stated minimum. Reliability runs six tests at 96 hours with no ESD, vibration, shock or MTBF, and the outline drawing is not dimensioned in this file.

The VXT101MBFH-01 is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD module with 1920 x 1200 pixels — WUXGA, the interface is dual-channel LVDS and contrast carries a stated 700 minimum against 800 typical. Brightness is 300 cd/m² typical with no stated minimum.
