VXT397TVI-03 is a 3.97-inch IPS TFT-LCD display module with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This 3.97inch LCD module supports 18bit RGB interface, and features an IPS panel, providing a wider viewing angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degrees (typical), a contrast ratio of 700:1 (typical value), and a brightness of 300 nits (typical value). The panel has a glare surface, enhancing brightness performance in darker environments by reflecting more light and contributing to improved visibility. Additionally, a glare surface helps maintain color saturation, making displayed images vibrant and realistic. The display surface typically incurs fewer light losses, enhancing the overall efficiency of the display.

This 3.97-inch LCD display operates in portrait mode and integrates the driver IC ST7701S on the module. The interface supply voltage range is 2.6V to 3.6V. The TFT module can operate at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C, with storage temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C.
