The VXT280CQI-02 is a 2.8-inch 240 x 320 portrait TFT LCD module on a 16-bit 8080 MCU bus,The colour depth is stated outright at 65K, which most specifications leave blank. The diagonal runs over rather than short: 43.20 x 57.60 mm gives exactly 72.0000 mm, or 2.8346 inches against a nominal 2.8, a margin of 1.2 per cent - the widest in this range. The backlight is four white LEDs in parallel, one anode and four cathode pins, at 3.2 V and 60 mA, which is 15 mA per LED against a 30 mA absolute maximum.
