Product Description

This 3.5-inch TFT LCD display module is a 320x240 pixels, 4:3 aspect ratio. It incorporates the HX8238D IC, and has 4 wire resistive touch panel. This module supports 24bit RGB interfaces, and this TFT-LCD module is designed in landscape mode with a brightness rating of 300 nits (typical value). The power supply voltage ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V, with a typical value of 3.3V. It is capable of operating within temperatures ranging from -20℃ to +70℃, while its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

This 3.5 inch Resistive Touch TFT Module is widely used for video door phone, smart home, GPS, camcorder, digital camera application, industrial equipment device and other electronic products which require high quality flat panel displays, excellent visual effect.
