3.5inch 320*240 IPS TFT Module

This 3.5-inch TFT LCD display module is a 320x240 pixels, 4:3 aspect ratio. The module dimension is 76.9×63.9 mm; active area 70.08×52.56 mm. The 3.5" LCD module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

This 3.5inch 320*240 IPS TFT Module has built-in IC ST7272A supporting 24-bit RGB and SPI interface. It also features high brightness, providing brightness 1000 cd/m2 with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. LCM voltage ranges from 3.3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V.
