Storage is normally wider at both ends, because an unpowered part tolerates more than a running one. Identical ranges usually mean the figure was carried across rather than measured. This is the fourth datasheet in our range where we have seen it, and we flag it rather than repeat it silently. The operating rating stands on its own; confirm the storage figure with us before planning shipping or warehousing around it.

Also stated honestly in the environmental notes: response time slows at low temperature, and background colour shifts slightly with ambient temperature in a reversible way. Both are normal LCD behaviour. If your product works outdoors at -30°C, expect slower animation and design for it rather than being surprised.
