This Victronix 1.3 inch 240x240 TFT Module is a high-quality 1.3 inch diagonal active area (23.4 mm × 23.4 mm) with 240×240 RGB resolution and a fine pixel pitch of 0.0975mm, delivering crisp visuals in a space-efficient footprint (26.16 mm × 29.13 mm × 2.30 mm).

The VXT350MSGV-01 is a 3.45-inch TFT module with 640 x 480 pixels — standard VGA in the classic 4:3 shape — over an active area of 70.08 x 52.56 mm. At 232 PPI it is the highest-density module in this size class, carrying four times the pixels of the 320 x 240 modules that share this identical active area: 307,200 against 76,800. Small text becomes readable, fine graphics render as drawn, and pixels are exactly square at 0.1095 mm so circles need no correction. It runs 24-bit RGB for video and 3-wire SPI for configuration on one 40-pin connector driven by an NV3052C, with DE and SYNC timing charts both provided. Contrast is given as a 600:1 minimum, and viewing angle is 80° in all four directions with viewing direction ALL, so mounting orientation is a mechanical decision only. The backlight is six LEDs in series at just 20 mA — half the current of most modules this size, at 0.36 W. Reliability covers nine tests including vibration, random vibration and 100 G shock.

The CTP-T350GF-04 is a 3.5-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction, and the only portrait panel in our range — a 48.96 x 73.44 mm view area in a true 2:3 shape, matched to 320x480 displays and to our 3.5-inch portrait TFT module. It is also the only panel whose I/O runs down to 1.8 V, so a 1.8 V-logic host can drive it without a level shifter. An FT5446 controller handles five-point touch over I2C. Built for handheld instruments, wall controllers, elevator panels and portable medical devices.

The CTP-VX121B5563-GG is a 12.1-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction with a 1.8 mm cover glass — the thickest in our range, about 1.6 times the usual 1.1 mm — bonded to the sensor with 0.2 mm SCA rather than a foam gasket. That combination is built for unattended and high-abuse installations. Transmittance is at least 85% with ≥6H hardness, and the total stack is 2.7 mm. Suited to industrial HMI, outdoor kiosks, transport terminals and medical equipment.

The VXT101BAHA-01C pairs a color TFT LCD with GT928 capacitive touch control. Its dedicated I2C touch connection and LVDS display interface suit embedded designs that bring on-screen controls, equipment readings and status information into one operator panel.

The VXT350HQS-01X-W is a 3.5-inch TFT LCD module with 320x240 QVGA resolution and an anti-glare top polarizer — the only module in our range that specifies one. Combined with all-direction viewing and no grayscale inversion, it stays readable wherever the operator stands and wherever the light comes from, without spending brightness or backlight life on the problem. Rated -30 to +85°C, with 24-bit RGB for video and a separate SPI channel for configuration.
