The VXT101YIA-19C is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD module with 800 x 1280 pixels, and the shape is what sets it apart: this is the only portrait panel in our 10.1-inch range, where the others are 1280 x 800 landscape. Its active area of 135.36 x 216.58 mm is taller than it is wide by an exact 1.6 to 1, so content stacks vertically the way a phone screen does — readings, lists and status panels one row at a time — and it drops into enclosures cut for portrait without rotating the design. Touch is a ten-point projected capacitive panel on an ILI2511 controller, specified at 6H surface hardness, 85% transparency and accuracy of ±1.5 mm at centre rising to ±2.5 mm at the edges, which is the pair of numbers you actually need when deciding how far from the bezel a button may sit. The display runs on an ILI9881C over four MIPI lanes, the pixels are square to within 0.002% so circles need no correction, and contrast carries a stated 800 minimum. One feature is worth calling out: pin 27 outputs a CABC PWM signal, meaning the module can dim its own backlight from picture content rather than asking your processor to do it. We are equally direct about the limits. The operating range is -10 to +50 °C, narrower than most panels in our range and the first thing to check if your product sits in a hot enclosure or a vehicle. Brightness is 250 cd/m² typical with no stated minimum. Reliability runs six tests at 96 hours with no ESD, vibration, shock or MTBF, and the outline drawing is not dimensioned in this file.

The CTP-T700GF-05 is a 7-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction with ten-point touch on an eight-pin FPC — the smallest connector in our range, and the only panel whose pin-out runs cleanly from ground and supply through I2C, reset and interrupt without empty positions in between. It uses an FT5446 controller and reaches ten points on a 0.7 mm cover glass, so multi-user operation does not cost you thickness. Suited to industrial HMI, portable terminals, collaborative interfaces and compact enclosures.

The CTP-T350GF-04 is a 3.5-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction, and the only portrait panel in our range — a 48.96 x 73.44 mm view area in a true 2:3 shape, matched to 320x480 displays and to our 3.5-inch portrait TFT module. It is also the only panel whose I/O runs down to 1.8 V, so a 1.8 V-logic host can drive it without a level shifter. An FT5446 controller handles five-point touch over I2C. Built for handheld instruments, wall controllers, elevator panels and portable medical devices.

The Victronix 10.1-inch TFT LCD module pairs a 1024 x 600 widescreen resolution with a normally black LCD cell and a compact 40-pin interface, making it a practical fit for HMIs, control panels and embedded terminals that need more screen area than a 7-inch part without jumping to the cost and power of a large-format display. Normally black means each pixel blocks light when unpowered, so the panel rests at black rather than white — better contrast in dark UI states, no bright glow at the panel edges, and a fail-safe appearance if drive is lost.

The Victronix VXT121BIHA-01 is a 12.1-inch WXGA (1280 x RGB x 800) IPS TFT LCD module designed for equipment that must stay readable in bright ambient light and keep running in harsh environments. Its IPS cell delivers stable color and contrast from every viewing direction with no grayscale inversion, while the 800 cd/m² high-brightness backlight keeps the screen legible under indirect and direct sunlight.
