7 Inch 800x1280 Portrait MIPI TFT LCD Module High Brightness - VXT700B1YI-03

7 Inch 800x1280 Portrait MIPI TFT LCD Module High Brightness - VXT700B1YI-03

The VXT700B1YI-03 is a 7-inch TFT module built in portrait: a 103.60 x 162.27 mm outline, 94.2 x 150.72 mm active area, and 800 x 1280 resolution at 216 PPI. Two figures set it apart. The first is orientation — most 7-inch modules are landscape, and this one is tall, which suits forms, lists and scrolling content. The second is brightness: 800 cd/m² minimum and 1000 typical. That minimum is the highest guaranteed brightness in our range, four times the 200 cd/m² minimum of our 10.1-inch module, and it is a floor you can hold a supplier to rather than an average. It runs MIPI DSI on the widely used ILI9881 driver, has an anti-glare top polarizer, 80° minimum viewing in all four directions, and a 20-LED backlight at 1.28 W with 30,000 hours minimum life. One contradiction in the document needs resolving before layout, and we state it rather than pick the reading that looks better.

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module with 5-Point Capacitive Touch Panel - VXT430MPIA-03C

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module with 5-Point Capacitive Touch Panel - VXT430MPIA-03C

The VXT430MPIA-03C is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a five-point capacitive touch panel bonded on: a 480 x 272 RGB display and an I2C touch controller in one assembly. What sets it apart is practical rather than headline — this is the 4.3-inch module whose power you can actually budget, because it publishes a logic current of 22 mA where the sibling module rated identically leaves it as TBD. Total draw is about 0.67 W, the lowest of any 4.3-inch module we offer with touch. It is also unusually complete on the touch side: accuracy of ±1.5 mm at the centre and ±2.5 mm at the edge, surface hardness of at least 7H, and transparency of at least 85% are all given as numbers. Contrast is 800:1 minimum with 80° viewing in all four directions. Two things need attention before ordering, and both are stated here: the module matches a sibling part on every comparable figure apart from the driver IC, and its reliability programme is shorter than the rest of the range.

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module 500 cd/m2 - VXT430MPIA-03

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module 500 cd/m2 - VXT430MPIA-03

The VXT430MPIA-03 is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a 480 x 272 RGB panel, an ILI6485D driver and a 5S2P white LED backlight, and no touch panel. It is the display-only member of a pair: the VXT430MPIA-03C is the same module with five-point capacitive touch bonded on. Comparing the two gives something most suppliers cannot show — a measured figure for what adding touch actually costs. This module is rated 500 cd/m² and the touch version 400, on otherwise identical hardware: same panel, same driver, same backlight, same timing, and CIE colour coordinates matching to four decimal places. That difference is the touch panel, and it works out at about 20 per cent of your brightness. Beyond that it is a well-documented module: 800:1 contrast minimum, a published logic current of 22 mA giving a calculable total of about 0.67 W, and full timing tables for three operating modes.

4.3 Inch 800x480 TFT LCD Module Wide Temperature -30 to 85C - VXT430HWE-03-W

4.3 Inch 800x480 TFT LCD Module Wide Temperature -30 to 85C - VXT430HWE-03-W

The VXT430HWE-03-W is a 4.3-inch TFT module with 800 x 480 resolution — nearly three times the pixel count of the 480 x 272 panels that dominate this size — and an operating range of -30 to +85°C, the widest of any 4.3-inch module we offer. Storage goes to -40°C, the only module in the range rated that low. It is transmissive with an anti-glare polarizer and no touch panel. What stands out is how much is published: brightness of 640 minimum and 800 typical, contrast of 640 minimum and 800 typical, and logic current given for three screen contents — 73 mA on black, 102 mA on a single colour, 105 mA on white — rather than one vague number, which lets you size for the worst case and shows a dark interface genuinely saves power. The backlight is 16 LEDs at 1.024 W, and reliability covers ten tests including vibration at 10-55 Hz and mechanical shock at 60 G, with MTBF of 50,000 hours.

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module Wide Temperature -30 to 85C - VXT430HNS-01-W

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module Wide Temperature -30 to 85C - VXT430HNS-01-W

The VXT430HNS-01-W is a 4.3-inch transmissive TFT module with 480 x 272 resolution, an anti-glare polarizer, and an operating range of -30 to +85°C, without touch. Its most useful property only appears when you compare it with a sibling: it shares the mechanical envelope, connector and pin-out of the VXT430HWE-03-W, which is the same module at 800 x 480 — same outline, same 40-pin assignment, same contrast and viewing angle — with one third the frame buffer at 255 KB. That makes resolution a choice you can defer rather than a decision that locks your mechanics. Pixels are exactly square at 0.198 x 0.198 mm, so circles, dials and round indicators need no artwork correction. Brightness is given as 440 minimum, 550 typical and 660 maximum, with contrast at 640 minimum and 800 typical. Reliability covers ten tests including vibration and 60 G shock, with MTBF of 50,000 hours. Two gaps are stated plainly: logic supply current is not published, and storage temperature is not wider than operating.

4.3 Inch 480x800 Portrait IPS TFT LCD Module - VXT430GWH-02

4.3 Inch 480x800 Portrait IPS TFT LCD Module - VXT430GWH-02

The VXT430GWH-02 is a 4.3-inch IPS TFT module in portrait orientation: 480 x 800 pixels over an active area of 56.16 x 93.60 mm, taller than wide, with a diagonal of 4.2975 inches. It is the only portrait module and the only IPS module in our 4.3-inch range. Being IPS means viewing angle is 80° typical in all four directions with no preferred direction and no gray scale inversion to design around — decide orientation on mechanical grounds alone. Pixel pitch is 0.117 mm square, giving 217 PPI, so small text stays legible and circular graphics need no correction. It runs 24-bit RGB over a 42-pin connector driven by an HX8369A, with a serial port on the same connector for configuration. Brightness is 310 minimum, 350 typical and 390 maximum cd/m² — the lowest in the family and intended for indoor and handheld use, published as a complete range you can design and inspect against. At 2.15 mm it is also the thinnest 4.3-inch module we offer.
