3.5 Inch 320x480 TFT LCD Module RGB + MCU + SPI Interface with CTP - VXT350QHI-26C

The VXT350QHI-26C is a 3.5-inch 320 x 480 portrait TFT LCD module with a capacitive touch panel, driven by ILI9488, and what sets it apart is that three interface families sit on one 50-pin FPC - 24-bit RGB, MCU parallel in 8, 9, 16, 18 or 24-bit form, and SPI - selected by three IM strap pins. The touch is a mutual-capacitance sensor on its own separate 20-pin FPC carrying seven TX and five RX lines. An active area of 48.96 x 73.44 mm whose 2:3 aspect matches the dot matrix precisely, and a diagonal of 88.265 mm, or 3.4750 inches. Contrast is 700 typical, all four viewing angles are 80 degrees with an ALL viewing direction so the module mounts any way round, uniformity carries a floor of 75 per cent, NTSC is 69 typical, and all eight CIE coordinates are published. The backlight is six LEDs in parallel at 120 mA with a forward voltage from 2.7 to 3.3 V, so a 3.3 V rail leaves no headroom and the current is high for a parallel array.
  • 8.0 Inch 800x1280 Portrait TFT LCD Module MIPI DSI - VXT800BYH-01

8.0 Inch 800x1280 Portrait TFT LCD Module MIPI DSI - VXT800BYH-01

The VXT800BYH-01 is an 8.0-inch 800 x 1280 portrait TFT LCD module driven by an HX8260 over a 4-lane MIPI DSI interface on a 24-pin FPC, and the reason a panel this size ships on 24 pins is the interface. Four differential data lanes plus one differential clock pair carry what a 24-bit parallel RGB bus would need fifty pins to carry, so a 1,024,000-pixel display fits a host with a DSI peripheral and almost no other pins to spare. It is the most portrait panel here - 800 x 1280 in a 16:10 column - with square 0.13455 mm pixels at 188.8 PPI, 16.7M colours stated outright, and a diagonal of 203.09 mm that lands within 0.05 per cent of the nominal 8.0 inch. And TE is brought out on pin 4, which is the tearing effect output: with a 2.0 MB frame buffer too big to double cheaply, being able to stay single-buffered and still write tear-free is the difference between a workable design and an expensive one. Three things need settling before you commit. The logic voltage is stated two ways and they do not agree: pin 7 is annotated IOVCC 1.8V while the electrical table's supply-voltage-for-logic row gives 2.8 V typical, and the thresholds are written as fractions of VDD without saying which rail, so a 1.8 V host is either comfortably inside or well outside depending on which figure holds. The storage temperature runs -30 to +70 against an operating range of -20 to +70, so the high end is not wider at all - storage should be wider at both ends and here it is not. And the backlight's seven-in-series array is derived rather than stated, and it puts 27 mA through each string against a 30 mA absolute maximum.
  • 6.2 Inch 800x480 WVGA TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB - VXT620HWI-01

    6.2 Inch 800x480 WVGA TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB - VXT620HWI-01

The VXT620HWI-01 is a 6.2-inch TFT LCD module with 800 x 480 WVGA pixels on a 24-bit parallel RGB interface, and its most useful property is not a headline number but how the optical table is written. Luminance is given as 400 minimum, 500 typical and 600 maximum. Contrast carries a 480 minimum against 600 typical. Uniformity is 70% minimum. The module runs on an ILI6123H and ILI5480. Ratings are -20 to +70 °C, and reliability runs 240 hours per condition with 100 thermal shock cycles and 100 G mechanical shock.
  • 5.0 Inch 800x480 Transflective Sunlight Readable TFT LCD Module - VXT500BWEF-01

5.0 Inch 800x480 Transflective Sunlight Readable TFT LCD Module - VXT500BWEF-01

The VXT500BWEF-01 is a 5.0-inch transflective TFT LCD module with 800x480 resolution — the only transflective panel in our range. It reads in sunlight by reflecting ambient light rather than outshining it, and the backlight can be dimmed or switched off outdoors, cutting power sharply. Brightness is 200 cd/m² with 60:1 contrast and a 15 ms response, the fastest we specify. The panel is a 6 o'clock type and the logic rail runs from 2.5 V to 3.3 V. Rated -20 to +70°C.
  • 7.0

7.0" 800x480 LVDS IPS TFT LCD Module, 40-pin

Where a display can be mounted is usually decided by mechanics, then corrected in software. The Victronix VXT700KWSA-01 removes that second step. Two dedicated pins — L/R on pin 33 and U/D on pin 34 — flip the image horizontally and vertically in hardware, so the same module works upright, upside down, behind a mirror, or viewed through a periscope without touching a line of framebuffer code or paying the performance cost of software rotation. The 7.0-inch 800x480 panel runs on an ST7277 driver over single-channel LVDS on a 40-pin connector, brightness is controlled by a dedicated LED_PWM pin, and STBYB puts the panel into standby for power-sensitive products.
  • 1.77 Inch Compact TFT LCD with MCU Interface

1.77 Inch Compact TFT LCD with MCU Interface

The VXT177SSI-02 brings color graphics to compact equipment with a 1.77-inch TFT display and an 8-bit MCU interface. Its small footprint provides an option for handheld instruments, portable devices and simple menu-based control panels.
