The VXT350MHSA-08 is a 3.5-inch portrait TFT module: 320 x 480 pixels over an active area of 48.96 x 73.44 mm, in a true 2:3 shape. What distinguishes it is how many ways it can be driven — RGB parallel, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI and 8080-style MCU parallel all sit on one 50-pin connector, selected by three pins, IM0, IM1 and IM2, read at power-up. That means the interface stops being a decision you must make before choosing a display: you can prototype on SPI and move to RGB when you need the refresh rate, without changing the module, the connector or the enclosure. Driven by an ST7796U, it also runs its 3.0 V backlight with no boost converter — no inductor, no switching noise — unlike the other 3.5-inch modules in the range which need 18 to 19 V. Contrast is given as an 800:1 minimum, viewing angle is 80° in all four directions with viewing direction ALL, and total consumption is about 0.41 W from a measured 19.51 mA of logic current.

The VXO-011AMA-097 is a 1.1-inch AMOLED in a 7:3 portrait format — taller, relative to its width, than any other display we make. A band's width is fixed by the strap but its height is not, and against our 0.95-inch band module this panel gives 294 rows instead of 240: 22.5% more vertical content for 1.5% more width. Same driver, same interface, same touch — just more room to stack readings. It also has touch on its own independent supply rails, so the touch layer can stay awake while the display sleeps. No backlight, 60,000:1 contrast, 420 cd/m², about 0.058 W at full white. RM69310, SPI, -20 to +70°C.

The VX50431-TY036LA is a custom VA type segment LCD display module for products that do not need a TFT. Its white LED backlight runs at 3.0 V and 60 mA — about 0.18 W, four to ten times less than the backlights in our TFT modules — so it runs from a logic rail or a single cell with no boost converter. Brightness is 600 cd/m² with 10:1 contrast. Rated -20 to +70°C and thermal-shock tested to -40 and +85°C.

The VXT700TOSA-01 brings a circular display format to digital dials, status indicators and distinctive product interfaces. Its 1080×1080 resolution and 4-lane MIPI connection support detailed graphics designed around a central focal point.

The VXT430BPI-01ND is a 4.3-inch 480x272 industrial TFT LCD module with a standard RGB interface and ILI6485 controller. It delivers 16.7M colors, 300 cd/m2 brightness, a 700:1 contrast ratio and a 20 ms response time, backed by a 7S1P white LED backlight rated for 30,000 to 50,000 hours. Operating from -20°C to +70°C and RoHS compliant, it is built for industrial HMIs, automotive dashboards and medical monitoring devices. Custom FPC, touch panel and cover glass are available.
