This Victronix 2.8 inch 240×320 TN TFT Module is a compact 2.8 inch 240x320 TN TFT Module engineered for reliability in demanding applications. Featuring a 240 × 320-pixel resolution and an active area of 43.20 × 57.60 mm, this module delivers sharp, vibrant visuals with a pixel density of 0.180 × 0.180 mm.

The VXT101MBFH-01 is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD module with 1920 x 1200 pixels — WUXGA, the interface is dual-channel LVDS and contrast carries a stated 700 minimum against 800 typical. Brightness is 300 cd/m² typical with no stated minimum.

The VXT430MPIA-03C is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a five-point capacitive touch panel bonded on: a 480 x 272 RGB display and an I2C touch controller in one assembly. What sets it apart is practical rather than headline — this is the 4.3-inch module whose power you can actually budget, because it publishes a logic current of 22 mA where the sibling module rated identically leaves it as TBD. Total draw is about 0.67 W, the lowest of any 4.3-inch module we offer with touch. It is also unusually complete on the touch side: accuracy of ±1.5 mm at the centre and ±2.5 mm at the edge, surface hardness of at least 7H, and transparency of at least 85% are all given as numbers. Contrast is 800:1 minimum with 80° viewing in all four directions. Two things need attention before ordering, and both are stated here: the module matches a sibling part on every comparable figure apart from the driver IC, and its reliability programme is shorter than the rest of the range.

The VXT021MCSA-02 is a round TFT LCD module — the only round display in our range. Its 53.28 mm active diameter is 2.0976 inches, driven as a 480x480 array at 229 PPI. Built for smart watches: 230 µA sleep current, a 1.45 mm bezel, and 56.18 × 59.71 × 2.2 mm outline. Optics are specified with minimums, not just typicals — 530 cd/m² and 800:1 guaranteed, 600 and 1000:1 typical, with 80° viewing in all directions. Rated -20 to +70°C.

The VXT430HPWA-03C is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module with 480x272 resolution and integrated capacitive touch, wired as two independent subsystems: the display runs on its own 40-pin interface and VDD rail, while the FT5446 touch controller has a separate 6-pin FPC and its own VDD-CTP supply. That lets you power the display down and keep touch alive, or reset touch without touching the display. Rated 850 cd/m² and -30 to +85°C, it suits outdoor handheld terminals, field instruments and portable equipment.

The CTP-T700GF-05 is a 7-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction with ten-point touch on an eight-pin FPC — the smallest connector in our range, and the only panel whose pin-out runs cleanly from ground and supply through I2C, reset and interrupt without empty positions in between. It uses an FT5446 controller and reaches ten points on a 0.7 mm cover glass, so multi-user operation does not cost you thickness. Suited to industrial HMI, portable terminals, collaborative interfaces and compact enclosures.
