The VXT121QXHA-01 is a 12.1-inch TFT module with 1024 x 768 pixels, and it is the only 4:3 panel in our 12.1-inch range — the other two are 1280 x 800. That matters because XGA in a 4:3 layout is what a very large installed base of industrial controllers, medical instruments and test equipment was designed around, and it remains the usual target when a display in existing hardware has to be replaced. The active area is 245.76 x 184.32 mm with pixels that are square to ten decimal places, so circles and dial scales stay true. Brightness is 1000 cd/m², the highest figure we publish in this size, and the viewing angle is 85° in all four directions with no stated best direction. The interface is 4-lane LVDS on a 20-pin connector, and it runs from a single 3.3 V rail — no separate gate or analogue supplies to generate. We are equally direct about what this module demands and what is not yet documented: the backlight draws about 14 W, which is over 90% of the module's total power and needs a real thermal plan; brightness and viewing angle are given as typical values without stated minimums; and the driver IC, outline dimensions and LVDS data mapping are not in the file we hold.

The VXT430MPSA-16 is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module with 480x272 resolution and a true 24-bit RGB888 interface, built around a backlight rated for 50,000 hours — the longest in our range and roughly two and a half times the 20,000-hour life of our high-brightness 4.3-inch module. Sixteen LEDs share the load across eight series pairs, which is why it lasts. It ships without touch, so you fit your own or none at all. Rated -30 to +80°C for panel and control equipment that runs continuously.

The Victronix VXT700QAEW-01C is a 7.0-inch TFT LCD module that ships as a finished touch assembly rather than a bare panel. A projected-capacitive sensor, G+G construction, 6H surface hardness, at least 85% light transmittance — so there is no second touch part to source, no alignment step and no bonding process in your build. Luminance is 1000 cd/m² typical with an 80/80/80/80 viewing angle, video arrives over 40-pin LVDS driven by EK79001HN and EK73215BCGA, with an ILI2130 touch controller. Rated -30°C to +85°C, RoHS compliant.
