The VXT350EVV-01 puts 640 x 480 into 3.5 inches - 307,200 pixels at 232.0 PPI on square 0.1095 mm pixels, the sharpest 3.5-inch panel in this range. What makes it usable rather than just dense is that the optical figures come with floors: brightness 250, 320 and 440, contrast 600 minimum against 800 typical, uniformity 80 per cent minimum, and all four viewing angles identical at 75 minimum and 85 typical, which is what the ALL viewing direction promises.

Additionally, it complies with RoHS standards and successfully passes rigorous reliability tests, including 96H high/low temperature operation/storage, temperature cycling, and 60°C/90 % RH humidity. This product operates efficiently in extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and can withstand severe storage conditions from -30°C to +80°C. This 3.5 inch TFT module from Victronix is designed for Industrial HMIs, medical devices, portable instruments, and IoT applications that demand durability, touch interactivity, and vivid visuals.
  • 3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CQH-05

    3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CQH-05

The VXT350CQH-05 is a 3.5-inch 320 x 240 QVGA TFT LCD module, and two things about it are worth knowing before anything else. It is 3.2 mm thick, the thinnest module in this range on the same 76.90 x 63.90 mm footprint, and it carries no touch panel - so if your product has a separate touch solution, or none, you are not paying for one. The backlight is confirmed twice over: the mechanical drawing shows the LED circuit as six dies in one string from LEDA to LEDK, and 19.2 V over six gives exactly 3.20 V per LED, while the stated 0.384 W matches 19.2 V x 20 mA exactly. Response time is also better documented than usual, with both Ton and Toff published and floors on each - 15 and 30 ms on, 35 and 50 ms off - and contrast carries a 200 minimum. Two things need settling before you commit. This is a TN panel: the specification states a 12 o'clock viewing direction with grey-scale inversion at 6 o'clock, and vertical angles of 50 and 60 degrees, so mounting orientation has a right answer - if your product is handheld and the orientation is not under your control, ask us about a panel with no preferred direction. And the timing chapter runs three pages and is published entirely as diagrams, with a note saying the sequences are for reference only and referring you to the HX8238D data sheet, so there is nothing in this document to configure a controller from.
  • 4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch 24-Bit RGB - VXT430CNH-07C

4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch 24-Bit RGB - VXT430CNH-07C

The VXT430CNH-07C is the capacitive-touch version of our 4.3-inch 480 x 272 panel, and the way it is put together is the reason to look at it. Touch is not squeezed onto the display FPC - it has its own 10-pin connector carrying I2C, reset and interrupt, so the 40-pin display bus stays clean and the two can be routed independently. The mechanical drawing documents the touch panel to a tenth of a millimetre, and the numbers show the touch view area sitting 0.40 mm outside the LCD active area on every side, so there is no dead band at the edges of the screen. Two things decide whether it suits your product. It is a TN panel: the specification states a 12 o'clock viewing direction, grey-scale inversion at 6 o'clock, and vertical viewing angles of 45 degrees one way and 60 the other, so mounting orientation has a right answer - and if your product is handheld or portable and the orientation is not under your control, a panel with no preferred direction is the better buy.
  • 10.1 inch 1024*600 IPS TFT LCD Module

10.1 inch 1024*600 IPS TFT LCD Module

The Victronix 10.1-inch TFT LCD module pairs a 1024 x 600 widescreen resolution with a normally black LCD cell and a compact 40-pin interface, making it a practical fit for HMIs, control panels and embedded terminals that need more screen area than a 7-inch part without jumping to the cost and power of a large-format display. Normally black means each pixel blocks light when unpowered, so the panel rests at black rather than white — better contrast in dark UI states, no bright glow at the panel edges, and a fail-safe appearance if drive is lost.
