  • 8.0 Inch 800x1280 Portrait TFT LCD Module MIPI DSI - VXT800BYH-01

8.0 Inch 800x1280 Portrait TFT LCD Module MIPI DSI - VXT800BYH-01

The VXT800BYH-01 is an 8.0-inch 800 x 1280 portrait TFT LCD module driven by an HX8260 over a 4-lane MIPI DSI interface on a 24-pin FPC, and the reason a panel this size ships on 24 pins is the interface. Four differential data lanes plus one differential clock pair carry what a 24-bit parallel RGB bus would need fifty pins to carry, so a 1,024,000-pixel display fits a host with a DSI peripheral and almost no other pins to spare. It is the most portrait panel here - 800 x 1280 in a 16:10 column - with square 0.13455 mm pixels at 188.8 PPI, 16.7M colours stated outright, and a diagonal of 203.09 mm that lands within 0.05 per cent of the nominal 8.0 inch. And TE is brought out on pin 4, which is the tearing effect output: with a 2.0 MB frame buffer too big to double cheaply, being able to stay single-buffered and still write tear-free is the difference between a workable design and an expensive one. Three things need settling before you commit. The logic voltage is stated two ways and they do not agree: pin 7 is annotated IOVCC 1.8V while the electrical table's supply-voltage-for-logic row gives 2.8 V typical, and the thresholds are written as fractions of VDD without saying which rail, so a 1.8 V host is either comfortably inside or well outside depending on which figure holds. The storage temperature runs -30 to +70 against an operating range of -20 to +70, so the high end is not wider at all - storage should be wider at both ends and here it is not. And the backlight's seven-in-series array is derived rather than stated, and it puts 27 mA through each string against a 30 mA absolute maximum.
  • 3.5 Inch 320x480 Portrait TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch 18-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CHH-08C1

3.5 Inch 320x480 Portrait TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch 18-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CHH-08C1

The VXT350CHH-08C1 is a 3.5-inch 320 x 480 portrait TFT LCD module with a capacitive touch panel, G+G construction with a 0.7 mm toughened cover lens over 0.55 mm sensor glass, 1.4 mm total thickness, FT5443DQS over I2C, 2.8 to 3.3 V supply with 1.8 V IO, 85% minimum light transmittance, 6H surface hardness, 0.25 J impact energy and 5 touch points. Brightness is the other strong figure: 600 cd/m2 typical with a stated minimum of 480 and a stated maximum of 720, so you get a floor to hold us to and a ceiling that shows the production spread. And the backlight reconciles: 19.2 V over the six dies the block diagram states gives exactly 3.20 V per LED, and the stated 0.768 W matches 19.2 V x 40 mA exactly.
  • 4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module 500 cd/m2 - VXT430MPIA-03

    4.3 Inch 480x272 TFT LCD Module 500 cd/m2 - VXT430MPIA-03

The VXT430MPIA-03 is a 4.3-inch TFT module with a 480 x 272 RGB panel, an ILI6485D driver and a 5S2P white LED backlight, and no touch panel. It is the display-only member of a pair: the VXT430MPIA-03C is the same module with five-point capacitive touch bonded on. Comparing the two gives something most suppliers cannot show — a measured figure for what adding touch actually costs. This module is rated 500 cd/m² and the touch version 400, on otherwise identical hardware: same panel, same driver, same backlight, same timing, and CIE colour coordinates matching to four decimal places. That difference is the touch panel, and it works out at about 20 per cent of your brightness. Beyond that it is a well-documented module: 800:1 contrast minimum, a published logic current of 22 mA giving a calculable total of about 0.67 W, and full timing tables for three operating modes.
  • 1.6 Inch 400x400 Round TFT LCD Module QSPI Interface - VXT016VCSA-01

1.6 Inch 400x400 Round TFT LCD Module QSPI Interface - VXT016VCSA-01

The VXT016VCSA-01 is a 1.6-inch round TFT module with a QSPI interface — the only module in our range with a four-lane serial pixel bus. Small round displays usually want a serial interface because pins are scarce, but 400x400 is 160,000 pixels and single-lane SPI struggles to move a full frame; QSPI carries four bits per clock, roughly four times the throughput at 62.5 MHz, while still using only four data pins. It is also the smallest and densest panel we make at 1.6 inches and 255 PPI with square pixels. ST77903, 16.7M colours, 3.0 V backlight needing no boost, -20 to +70°C.
  • 3.9 Inch 480x128 Bar Type TFT LCD Module 1000 cd/m2 Sunlight Readable- VXT039BPSA-02

3.9 Inch 480x128 Bar Type TFT LCD Module 1000 cd/m2 Sunlight Readable- VXT039BPSA-02

This 3.9-inch 480x128 TFT module is a bar display — a 3.75:1 stretched panel, the only one of its shape in our range — and the brightest module we make at 1000 cd/m² typical. A narrow strip suits a line of text, a row of readouts or a status bar, and 1000 cd/m² keeps it legible under strong light. It is transmissive with 16.7M colours, an ST7282A driver and an ALL viewing direction, so mounting can be decided mechanically. A full frame is only 120 KB, so most microcontrollers need no external RAM. Rated -20 to +70°C.
