The VXT121QXHA-01 is a 12.1-inch TFT module with 1024 x 768 pixels, and it is the only 4:3 panel in our 12.1-inch range — the other two are 1280 x 800. That matters because XGA in a 4:3 layout is what a very large installed base of industrial controllers, medical instruments and test equipment was designed around, and it remains the usual target when a display in existing hardware has to be replaced. The active area is 245.76 x 184.32 mm with pixels that are square to ten decimal places, so circles and dial scales stay true. Brightness is 1000 cd/m², the highest figure we publish in this size, and the viewing angle is 85° in all four directions with no stated best direction. The interface is 4-lane LVDS on a 20-pin connector, and it runs from a single 3.3 V rail — no separate gate or analogue supplies to generate. We are equally direct about what this module demands and what is not yet documented: the backlight draws about 14 W, which is over 90% of the module's total power and needs a real thermal plan; brightness and viewing angle are given as typical values without stated minimums; and the driver IC, outline dimensions and LVDS data mapping are not in the file we hold.

The CTP-T430GF-04 is a 4.3-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction, sized for 480x272 displays and matched to the 95.84 x 54.66 mm view area of our 4.3-inch TFT module. It runs from two rails — VDD at 2.8–3.3 V and IOVCC at a fixed 3.3 V — and its 10-pin FPC puts VDD on pin 10 rather than pin 2.
