  • 3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CQH-05

    3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module 24-Bit RGB + SPI - VXT350CQH-05

The VXT350CQH-05 is a 3.5-inch 320 x 240 QVGA TFT LCD module, and two things about it are worth knowing before anything else. It is 3.2 mm thick, the thinnest module in this range on the same 76.90 x 63.90 mm footprint, and it carries no touch panel - so if your product has a separate touch solution, or none, you are not paying for one. The backlight is confirmed twice over: the mechanical drawing shows the LED circuit as six dies in one string from LEDA to LEDK, and 19.2 V over six gives exactly 3.20 V per LED, while the stated 0.384 W matches 19.2 V x 20 mA exactly. Response time is also better documented than usual, with both Ton and Toff published and floors on each - 15 and 30 ms on, 35 and 50 ms off - and contrast carries a 200 minimum. Two things need settling before you commit. This is a TN panel: the specification states a 12 o'clock viewing direction with grey-scale inversion at 6 o'clock, and vertical angles of 50 and 60 degrees, so mounting orientation has a right answer - if your product is handheld and the orientation is not under your control, ask us about a panel with no preferred direction. And the timing chapter runs three pages and is published entirely as diagrams, with a note saying the sequences are for reference only and referring you to the HX8238D data sheet, so there is nothing in this document to configure a controller from.
  • 3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module with Resistive Touch 18-Bit RGB - VXT350LQZ-01P

3.5 Inch 320x240 TFT LCD Module with Resistive Touch 18-Bit RGB - VXT350LQZ-01P

The VXT350LQZ-01P is a 3.5-inch 320 x 240 QVGA TFT LCD module with a 4-wire resistive touch panel, and the touch specification is the reason to look at it. Section 6 publishes what almost nothing in this size does: linearity of +/-1.5% after environmental and life testing, terminal resistance per axis, insulation resistance of 20 megohms minimum, response time under 10 ms, light transparency of 78% minimum, operation force of 80 gf typical, surface hardness of 3H minimum, 100,000 pen sliding cycles and 1,000,000 hitting cycles - with the test conditions for each. Two other figures are unusually trustworthy. Brightness carries both a floor and a ceiling, 280 minimum and 420 maximum around the 350 typical, so you can see the production spread as well as the worst case. The viewing angles are the narrowest in our range at 25 degrees typical on one horizontal side and 45 everywhere else, and while the specification states a 6 o'clock viewing direction, it is the horizontal pair that is asymmetric rather than the vertical one - so confirm the orientation with us and expect a narrow cone.
  • 5.0 Inch 720x1280 HD TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch MIPI - VXT500BKI-01F

5.0 Inch 720x1280 HD TFT LCD Module with Capacitive Touch MIPI - VXT500BKI-01F

The VXT500BKI-01F is a 5.0-inch TFT LCD module with 720 x 1280 pixels in portrait - HD resolution on a five-inch panel, and one of the highest pixel densities in our range. The pixels are square: 0.08625 mm on both axes, which is exactly what 62.1 mm over 720 pixels and 110.4 mm over 1280 pixels both give, and the shape is an exact 16:9 turned on its side. Brightness is 680 cd/m2 minimum against 850 typical, contrast 1000:1 minimum, and viewing angle 70 degrees minimum in all four directions with no preferred orientation, so how you mount it is a mechanical decision rather than an optical one. Touch is five-point capacitive in a G+G stack rated at 6H and 85% transparency, on its own 7-pin I2C connector. The display runs four MIPI lanes from a single 2.8 V rail, and both the logic current and the backlight power are published, so the total draw can be worked out at roughly 0.93 W.
  • 7 Inch G+G Capacitive Touch Panel 10-Point - CTP-T700GF-05

    7 Inch G+G Capacitive Touch Panel 10-Point - CTP-T700GF-05

The CTP-T700GF-05 is a 7-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction with ten-point touch on an eight-pin FPC — the smallest connector in our range, and the only panel whose pin-out runs cleanly from ground and supply through I2C, reset and interrupt without empty positions in between. It uses an FT5446 controller and reaches ten points on a 0.7 mm cover glass, so multi-user operation does not cost you thickness. Suited to industrial HMI, portable terminals, collaborative interfaces and compact enclosures.
