Featuring an 800×480 (WVGA) resolution within a compact active area of 137.52×77.23 mm, this module delivers sharp, clear visuals on a transmissive panel with an anti-glare surface treatment.

The VXT400MCCA-01 is a round TFT module: 720 x 720 pixels in a square array with a circular active area of 101.52 mm diameter. It is the largest round module we offer — the others are 1.6 and 2.1 inches — and at 720 x 720 the highest resolution, at 180 PPI. The round shape suits products whose face is already circular: instrument gauges, thermostats, rotary controls, speaker and hub covers, and automotive clusters. Designers should know that the circle covers only 78.5% of the pixel array, so the four corners are invisible and content must stay within about 45 mm of centre. It runs MIPI DSI with four data lanes, and the capacitive touch interface sits on the same 30-pin connector — interrupt, I2C, reset and two dedicated supply pins — so one flex and one socket cover display and touch. Separate 1.8 V and 3.3 V rails mean 1.8 V host logic connects directly with no level shifting. The module is 2.09 mm thick, the thinnest in this size class.

The CTP-VX121B5563-GG is a 12.1-inch capacitive touch panel in G+G construction with a 1.8 mm cover glass — the thickest in our range, about 1.6 times the usual 1.1 mm — bonded to the sensor with 0.2 mm SCA rather than a foam gasket. That combination is built for unattended and high-abuse installations. Transmittance is at least 85% with ≥6H hardness, and the total stack is 2.7 mm. Suited to industrial HMI, outdoor kiosks, transport terminals and medical equipment.

The VXT101BAHA-02C combines a 10.1 inch color TFT LCD with 5-point capacitive touch. Wide viewing angles, LVDS display input and USB or I²C touch interfaces support integration into embedded terminals and equipment control panels.

The VXT430HPWA-03C is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module with 480x272 resolution and integrated capacitive touch, wired as two independent subsystems: the display runs on its own 40-pin interface and VDD rail, while the FT5446 touch controller has a separate 6-pin FPC and its own VDD-CTP supply. That lets you power the display down and keep touch alive, or reset touch without touching the display. Rated 850 cd/m² and -30 to +85°C, it suits outdoor handheld terminals, field instruments and portable equipment.
