The VXT350MHSA-08 is a 3.5-inch portrait TFT module: 320 x 480 pixels over an active area of 48.96 x 73.44 mm, in a true 2:3 shape. What distinguishes it is how many ways it can be driven — RGB parallel, 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI and 8080-style MCU parallel all sit on one 50-pin connector, selected by three pins, IM0, IM1 and IM2, read at power-up. That means the interface stops being a decision you must make before choosing a display: you can prototype on SPI and move to RGB when you need the refresh rate, without changing the module, the connector or the enclosure. Driven by an ST7796U, it also runs its 3.0 V backlight with no boost converter — no inductor, no switching noise — unlike the other 3.5-inch modules in the range which need 18 to 19 V. Contrast is given as an 800:1 minimum, viewing angle is 80° in all four directions with viewing direction ALL, and total consumption is about 0.41 W from a measured 19.51 mA of logic current.

The VXT101MBAE-01ND is a 10.1-inch TFT LCD module with 1024x600 widescreen resolution and a true 24-bit RGB interface driven by EK79001 and EK73215 controllers. It is the only module in our range with a 12 o'clock viewing direction rather than all-round, so it is built to be read from above and mounted accordingly. A 42-LED backlight and -20 to +70°C operation suit industrial HMIs, control panels, POS and kiosk terminals, and medical carts.
