This Victronix 9 inch 1024x600 IPS TFT Module is a high-performance 9 inch TFT-LCD module engineered for demanding industrial applications. Featuring an IPS panel with 1024×(RGB)×600 resolution and 16.7 million color depth, this RoHS-compliant solution integrates a TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs (EK79001HL & EK73215BCGA), FPC circuitry, and an LED backlight unit in a compact form factor.

The Victronix VXT700SWHW-01 is rated to +85°C, and down to -30°C — a 15°C wider window at the top and 10°C at the bottom than the usual industrial range. That difference is what lets a display live in a sealed enclosure under a hot roof, next to a power stage, or in a vehicle parked in direct sun, without a heater or a fan. Helping it along is a genuinely low power draw: just 100 mA typical at 3.3 V, about 0.33 W for the panel logic, so the module adds little heat of its own to an already hot box. The 800 x 480 panel uses square 0.1905 mm pixels for undistorted graphics, connects over single-channel LVDS on a compact 20-pin I-PEX or JAE connector, and offers MODE (6/8-bit) and SC (scan direction) control pins plus a separate 6-pin backlight connector with BLEN enable and VPDIM PWM dimming.

Its 24-bit parallel RGB interface with DE (data enable) and DCLK lets most mainstream MCUs and MPUs — STM32, NXP i.MX, Allwinner, Rockchip and similar — drive the panel directly from their on-chip LCD controller, with no LVDS serializer or bridge chip and no extra BOM cost. The module runs from a single 3.3 V logic supply, uses an RM53052 / RM57452 driver IC, and is rated for a -20°C to +70°C operating range, so it works in unheated enclosures and outdoor cabinets.

The Victronix VXTL50BJZ-01 is a 21.5-inch TFT LCD module with a native 1920 x 1080 (FHD) resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 0.24795 mm pixel pitch, delivering sharp Full HD images. It provides 500 cd/m² typical brightness and 1000:1 typical contrast ratio, so content stays clear and consistent across a room. Video is carried by a dual-channel LVDS interface. An anti-glare top polarizer reduces reflections under indoor lighting.It suits digital signage, indoor kiosks, POS and self-checkout terminals, monitors, control rooms and light industrial HMIs. Touch panels, cover glass, HDMI/VGA/DP driver boards and higher-brightness options are available on request.
